I have problems getting people to spend the $60, so these specials will be a hit in my area, I think. Maybe HO is just trying to mix things up for us. When I started, the specials were usually % or $ off the regular price - it's only recently that they started having the freebies every month.letscook04 said:Thanks Kim!!!
Did you guys notice that they are not offering any FREE products with a purchase of $60.00? That kind of stinks!!!

"OOF" stands for "Out of Field," which refers to the time when consultants are not actively engaged in direct sales activities, such as hosting parties or reaching out to customers. This period is crucial for consultants to review their strategies and update their goals.
To effectively review your OOF performance, analyze your sales data, customer interactions, and party bookings during this period. Identify trends, successful strategies, and areas for improvement. Consider setting specific goals for the upcoming months based on your findings.
After your OOF review, consider updating your sales strategies, such as diversifying your product offerings, enhancing your marketing efforts, or improving customer engagement techniques. Additionally, set new goals and create a plan to achieve them, focusing on areas where you see potential for growth.
Staying motivated during the OOF period can be achieved by setting small, achievable goals, connecting with fellow consultants for support, and participating in training or workshops. Additionally, reflecting on past successes and visualizing future achievements can help maintain enthusiasm.
Pampered Chef offers various resources for consultants, including training materials, webinars, and community forums. Utilizing these resources can provide valuable insights and strategies to enhance your performance and make the most of your OOF period.
