I have never had this come up before. Can we ship out of the country? If so, how do we do it? I had a show on Monday and most of the guests were from out of the country. The host was just going to ship everything to them after she received it.

Sorry to sound dense, never rant into this before.
 
I'm pretty sure we are not allowed to ship out of country. I was stold I could not ship to canada from a US show. So yes your host will need everything shipped to her and then she will need to reship it to the guests.

Are they APO addresses? If so, you can. Alaska and Hawai are also considered noncontinguous states. As is Guam.
 
I have an APO address and live in the Netherlands. We are allowed to ship to APO addresses but are not allowed to sell to people from other countries. At least that is what I've been told. I can only sell to other US here, no Dutch.

That is exactly correct! We cannot sell to the local nationals because of customs, SOFA, tax issues, etc.

Then no, it is not allowed. Now if the host purchased everything and then sent her foreign friends the items as gifts.....
