We have a funeral dinner on Wednesday that I am helping with. I am considering making the Raspberries n Cream Streusel Squares, which are made in the LBP. Anyone have any other ideas for something simple to make in the LBP for dessert? I want to be able to make a lot, but have it be really GOOD too!

Thanks!

OK, I am a little slow, but I can usually decipher... what is the MMP

mini muffin pan

Get a bag of butterscotch chips and make the recipe on the back...Oatmeal Scotchies - yum.

Around Christmas I make Holiday Squares:Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 cup butter or margarine
2 cups flour
1 tsp. lemon flavor
Powdered sugar
1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation:
1. Gradually add sugar to butter in large bowl. Cream at medium speed until light and fluffy. Keep mixing in one egg at a time. Turn to low speed; add flour and extract. Pour into greased jelly roll pan.2. Knife to mark 20 squares. In the middle of each square put a teaspoon of cherry pie filling.3. Bake at 350-degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.4. Sprinkle powdered sugar over top after baking.

By the way, our large sheet pan also works as a bar pan if you need to make 2 of something at the same time...

Pumpkin Pie ala Easy!
