Karo said:But perhaps you should share with your DH the experience of one of our local consultants whose DH bad mouthed her efforts for a year, until she won an incentive trip. 'So, he said, when are we going?' She sweetly said, "I am taking Mother this year because I could not have achieved this without her help, encouragement and support, keeping the kids while I did shows." Her DH has been a PC cheerleader ever since.
Ditto, that's funny! My DH isn't very supportive overall but he's not complaining any when my PC $ takes us on weekenders away to VEGAS, Disneyland, VEGAS and one of these days on a PAID vaca courtesy of TPC!dannyzmom said:Woo Hoo!! Love it!!!!

That's awesome Carolyn! Maybe one day when I can afford our Mortgage he will be impressed and supportive and lovin a trip from TPC!dannyzmom said:I really count my blessings. Evan is SO supportive of my PC business. He LOVES to travel but on his income we can't afford to go to anyplace fabulous - PC sends us on trips we couldn't otherwise afford so he LOVES that...plus HE is the cook in this family so he just goes NUTS for all the cokoing tools from PC. He truly is my biggest fan http://www.thesmilies.com/smilies/love0063.gif
Funny, DH says the same thing about more $$ instead of product. Or he jokes that I only get product and since he doesn't see the money in "our" acct. he totally voids it out like I do this for FREE or something!ChefBeckyD said:My DH is pretty supportive - takes care of DS w/o complaining, and helps me pack up for shows etc.....but he has some sort of mental block about my earning free stuff etc.....everytime I get something for free, he ALWAYS has to make some comment about why doesn't PC just pay me more money instead?......I've mentioned to him that it's actually saving him money, because if I didn't earn it for free, I'd be buying it.....but he still doesn't get it!
Most Impressive, $400k nice!Chefgirl2 said:Tell DH that I just recieved a mid-month check for $1,079 and that was for 5 shows. I still have 12 more shows to submitt this month. We are going to Atlantis in May. I have taken my DH to Montreal, Miami, Alaska and a Carribean Cruise. The whole family has been to Hawaii, Florida w/cash and Disney. Until this year I only did 8-10 shows a month.
The real money isn't the shows, it's the downline.
Oh...my DH didn't want me to sell PC. He thought I was too sensitive and shouldn't try it.
I just made $400,000 in carreer sales last week and I am $1,200 away from my 4th TPC!! This is a great business if you know your products and can pick up the phone!
You can do this!!! Once he has been on a free trip you will be addicted to PC's level of accomadations. Only the best will do!
irishtwinsmommy said:...with PC. I'm a new consultant, very excited about this, wanting to make some $$ for our family. My DH basically said that the products are overpriced, etc. What do/did you ladies do when people put your business down?
Thanks,
Michelle
No, our products are actually competitively priced in the market. Plus, our products are backed by a satisfaction guarantee, so you can be confident in your purchase.
First, have an open and honest conversation with your spouse about your goals and why you believe in the company. You can also share success stories of other consultants and the potential for earning extra income for your family.
Pampered Chef offers extensive training, tools, and resources for its consultants to help them succeed. This includes online training, mentorship programs, and access to a supportive community of consultants.
Remember that everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but don't let it discourage you. Instead, focus on the positive aspects of your business and the value that Pampered Chef products can bring to others.
Yes, many consultants have found success and have been able to earn a significant income through their hard work and dedication. As with any business, it takes time and effort to build a successful Pampered Chef business, but the potential is there.
