Hi All!

I found out last night that my Curves gym is doing a craft fair and that Tastefully Simple and Mary Kay will have tables. I asked if I could set up as well, but because there are so many crafters, my space is limited to a TV tray table! I will obviously set out catalogs, drawing slips, an envelope for orders (we leave it set up for 3 days when we're not there), and a stand with the monthly special. Any ideas on how to maximize this space?

I've seen a double outside order form on here, that way you don't have to use a whole sheet!

Can you take a small shelf that only takes up the floor space of a tray table? Then you will have more shelf space for displays.

Thanks...I've been brainstorming, and I know someone posted a holiday gift ideas pamphlet...I'll have to get some of those, too!

That was my first thought!

You could get a nice acrylic stand for mini holiday catalogs with your bus. cards in front. Definitely stack crates or something on the TV tray to display more items, and see if you can put some things on the floor in front of the tray or posters on the wall behind it??

I would bring my stackable cooling racks and put stuff on them...and on top, the tool turn about. Max product for minimum space

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the benefit of using a TV tray table at a craft fair?

A TV tray table is lightweight, portable, and easy to set up, making it an ideal choice for craft fairs. It provides a stable surface for displaying products, organizing materials, and can be easily moved around to optimize your booth layout.

How can I effectively arrange my products on a TV tray table?

To effectively arrange your products, consider grouping similar items together and using height variations to create visual interest. Utilize small trays or risers to elevate certain products, and ensure that your most popular items are easily accessible to draw in customers.

What are some tips for maximizing space on a TV tray table?

To maximize space, use vertical displays such as tiered stands or hooks to hang items. Keep your layout organized and clutter-free by limiting the number of items on the table at one time. Additionally, consider using the underside of the table for storage, keeping extra inventory or bags out of sight.

How can I make my TV tray table visually appealing?

Enhance the visual appeal of your TV tray table by using tablecloths that match your brand colors and adding decorative elements like banners or signage. Incorporate eye-catching displays and ensure that your products are well-lit, either by positioning them near natural light or using portable LED lights.

What should I consider when choosing a location for my TV tray table at a craft fair?

When choosing a location, look for high-traffic areas where attendees are likely to pass by. Avoid corners or areas with limited visibility. Additionally, consider the proximity to other vendors; being near complementary businesses can help attract more customers to your table.
