how do i count it.

One customer couldnt make it to the show. She didnt order anything but she called and wanted to book a show. Her sister was there and ordered. How can I make this count for the host? I'm putting the show in tomorrow night.

Thanks :)

you can put her in as a guest with no order, then put it in as a regular booking.

nevermind! Thanks Hammer! :)

I had two people do that for my first show. I wasn't sure what to do but I guess I did it right...LOL I just added them in with no order and added a booking for each of them.

Hi there! First of all, congratulations on booking a show with the customer who couldn't make it to your previous show. That's great news! To make sure it counts for the host, you can add the sister's order to the original show as an outside order. This way, it will still be counted towards the host's show total and their rewards. You can also mention this to the host and thank them for their support in bringing in additional orders. Happy cooking!

Frequently Asked Questions

What are host credits in Pampered Chef?

Host credits are rewards that hosts earn when they hold a cooking show. These credits can be used to purchase Pampered Chef products at a discounted rate or even for free, depending on the total sales from the show.

How can I maximize my host credits without having actual orders?

You can maximize host credits by booking multiple shows in advance, even if some of them do not have orders yet. Each booked show counts towards your overall host rewards, allowing you to accumulate more credits when those shows are held.

What is the benefit of booking shows without orders?

Booking shows without orders allows you to create a pipeline of potential sales and host credits. It helps you maintain momentum in your direct sales business, ensuring that you have a steady stream of opportunities to earn rewards and engage with customers.

Can I still earn host credits if my show has no sales?

Yes, you can still earn host credits if your show has no sales, as long as you have booked the show and it is held. Pampered Chef offers host rewards based on the number of shows you host, not just the sales generated.

What strategies can I use to encourage bookings for shows?

To encourage bookings, consider offering incentives such as exclusive discounts, free products, or special promotions for hosts. Additionally, share the benefits of hosting a show, such as the opportunity to earn free products and the fun of gathering friends for a cooking experience.
