With the upcoming fair season coming up, does anyone have a letter they send to churches that say they are available to do fairs and fundraisers. There are so many chuches that do the fairs, it's hard to find out about all of them.

My new goal is to have at least one fundraiser going each month. I know it is less commision, but it still counts towards the incentive trips.

Thanks,

AJ

Good Idea!!AND 0 remember February is double points month!!

Hi AJ,I don't have a specific letter to send to churches, but here are some tips for reaching out to them about your availability for fairs and fundraisers:1. Start by researching churches in your area that have a history of hosting fairs and fundraisers. You can look for this information on their websites or by asking around in your community.2. Once you have a list of potential churches, reach out to them via email or phone. Introduce yourself and your business, and explain that you are interested in participating in their upcoming fairs and fundraisers.3. Highlight your experience and the services you offer. Let them know what sets you apart from other vendors and why they should choose you for their event.4. Offer to send them more information, such as a brochure or portfolio of your work. This will give them a better idea of what you have to offer and how you can contribute to their event.5. Be prepared to negotiate. Some churches may have limited budgets for vendors, so be open to discussing commission or other forms of compensation.6. Follow up. If you don't hear back from a church after your initial outreach, don't be afraid to follow up with them. They may have been busy and simply forgot to respond.I hope these tips help you in your goal of having at least one fundraiser each month. Good luck!Best,
