Depending how intentional she is about it, she can generate some substantial savings, especially in her first year (when the IRS is most tolerant of you not making a profit).

I'm working on a tax info sheet for my team, but it won't be done until mid-Jan (when my accountant can take a look at it). Once I have it, I'll share.

I met with my girlfriend last week and we talked about tax write-off too. She's working on a list for me - I'll post it as soon as I get it back from her.

Any new news yet?

Hi there! As a Pampered Chef consultant, I can definitely speak to the tax write offs that come with being a consultant. I have personally found that being a consultant has helped me maximize my tax deductions and save money come tax season. I know many other consultants who have had similar experiences. One tip I would offer is to keep track of all your business expenses throughout the year, including supplies, mileage, and any other business-related expenses. This will make it easier to claim these deductions when filing your taxes. Additionally, be sure to consult with a tax professional to ensure you are taking advantage of all the deductions available to you as a consultant.I highly recommend becoming a consultant not just for the tax write offs, but also for the many other benefits and opportunities it offers. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any further questions or would like to hear more about my personal experience as a consultant. Best of luck with your decision!
