Director What is the Purpose of Marna Ross's Tic Tac Toe Grid in Her Cooking Show?

I was reading this outline that someone got from Marna Ross's cooking show and she mentioned that she gives everyone at the show a Tic Tac Toe grid or a 1-9 on back of prize slip. I'm guessing somehow the tic tac toe is something that promotes sales, bookings and recruits. Does anyone know what this is? and do you have a copy?

It was interesting that she gives these tips for the cooking show but she doesn't give details.

Ross's Tic Tac Toe Grid is a promotional tool she uses to encourage people to return to her show, purchase her products, and spread the word. It consists of a 3x3 grid of nine squares in which participants can mark off either an X or an O as they complete a task. Once a row of three of either Xs or Os is marked off, the participant wins a prize. The tasks vary from promotion to promotion but usually involve returning to the show, making a purchase, referring a friend, or leaving a review. Unfortunately, we don't have a copy of the Tic Tac Toe Grid but it sounds like an interesting way to draw attention to your cooking show.
