instead of drizzling the chocolate, I dipped the tops of each. Its a little messy to do this but I found it has more chocolate and the nuts stay on. :)
 
I don't really have what it takes to manually mix in the dough with the eggs and use a hand mixer. I think it makes them puff up better.
