I did a Bridal Show this past weekend and I have 2 possible recruits! I want to make some recruiting packets to send them, but I have no idea what to include! Any ideas or fliers would be greatly appreciated! :p

I include a Consultant Agreement, the Your Life Your way brochure, the Congrats on becoming a Consultant brochure, the current recruit special, and the Have you considered the Pampered Chef Advantage flyer!

You should print these out and stick one of them in there. Someone just posted this coupon the other day. I think she said she got 5 recruits by using these in one night.

Thanks for all the ideas! And I love the certificates for the pans,I just printed them out and I am definitly going to use them! :p

Do not send them anything!Do not send anything in the mail. Call them and schedule a time to meet with them as soon as possible. Bring your director with you if you would like. Do you have the recruiting binder? It came in your starter kit. It is a good tool to guide the conversation.

Just offer to share more info over a cup of coffee and mention that it does not obligate them in any way!

It is much easier to share the excitement in person. THey may or may not read what you send them, they may not understand the terminology, they may be totally overwhelmed by all the paper.

Just call them and meet with them.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I include in a recruiting packet for bridal show prospects?

Your recruiting packet should include an introductory letter about your Pampered Chef business, a brochure detailing the benefits of joining, testimonials from current consultants, information about the starter kit, and a list of upcoming training events. Including a small sample of Pampered Chef products can also make your packet more appealing.

How can I make my recruiting packet stand out at a bridal show?

To make your recruiting packet stand out, use eye-catching graphics and colors that align with the Pampered Chef brand. Personalize each packet with a handwritten note to the prospect, and consider including a small incentive, such as a discount on their first order or a free product for signing up.

Should I include pricing information in the recruiting packet?

Yes, including pricing information for the starter kit and any ongoing costs is important. Be transparent about the investment required to start, as this builds trust and helps prospects make informed decisions. Highlight any promotions or discounts that may be available as well.

How can I effectively follow up with bridal show prospects after giving them the recruiting packet?

Follow up with prospects within a week of the bridal show. Send a personalized email or message thanking them for visiting your booth and asking if they have any questions about the recruiting packet. You can also invite them to a virtual or in-person meeting to discuss the opportunity further.

What is the best way to present the recruiting packet at the bridal show?

Present the recruiting packet in an organized and attractive manner. Use a display stand or a folder to keep the packets neat and accessible. Engage with prospects by explaining the contents of the packet and sharing your personal success story with Pampered Chef, making it relatable and inspiring.
