I have a host that is looking for me to demo fruit salsa. Anyone have any idea where I can get the recipe or is someone willing to post it. TIA

I think the recipe is called Apple Berry Salsa. Search the files and you'll find it. I think it's in ALL THE BEST.

I make a pineapple salsa with pineapple, onion, cilantro and red bell pepper. Pineapple Salsa
1 can crushed pineapple
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 vidalia (red) onion, diced
Lime zest
1/2 lime juiced with citrus press
cilantro to taste

Frequently Asked Questions

What ingredients do I need to make delicious fruit salsa?

To make delicious fruit salsa, you will need a variety of fresh fruits such as strawberries, kiwi, mango, and pineapple. Additionally, you will need lime juice, honey or agave syrup for sweetness, and fresh mint for garnish. You can adjust the fruits based on your preference and seasonal availability.

How do I prepare the fruit for the salsa?

Start by washing all the fruits thoroughly. Then, peel and dice the mango and kiwi into small pieces. Hull and chop the strawberries, and chop the pineapple if using fresh. Combine all the diced fruits in a mixing bowl, and gently toss them together to mix.

Can I make fruit salsa ahead of time?

Yes, you can make fruit salsa ahead of time! However, it's best to prepare it no more than a few hours in advance to keep the fruits fresh and vibrant. If you need to prepare it earlier, consider adding the lime juice just before serving to prevent the fruits from browning.

What can I serve with fruit salsa?

Fruit salsa pairs wonderfully with a variety of dishes. You can serve it with tortilla chips for a sweet twist on a classic snack, or use it as a topping for grilled chicken, fish, or pork. It also makes a great addition to breakfast items like pancakes or yogurt.

How can I customize my fruit salsa recipe?

You can customize your fruit salsa by adding different fruits based on your taste preferences or seasonal availability. Consider adding ingredients like jalapeños for a spicy kick, or using different herbs like cilantro instead of mint. You can also adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of honey or agave syrup you use.
