Gorgonzola pecan triangles
 
I think this is it:INGREDIENTS
2 c toasted pecans, chopped fine
1 1/2 oz Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 c sugar
2 TBSP butter
2 8 oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
4 oz blue cheese crumbled
1/2 c sour cream
3 eggs
(optional) Thinly sliced fruit ie apples, plums, kiwi

DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the toasted pecans, Parmesan cheese, sugar and butter. Press into a med
sheet pan. Bake 15 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, whisk together the cream cheese, blue cheese,
sour cream and eggs. Pour over the crust. Bake 20-23
minutes.
4. Cool and cut into 24 squares. Cut diagonally in half to form
48 triangles. If desired, top with fruit.
