Does anyone have a special Bridal Shower Doorprize slip that they use? I usually don't use them at bridal showers to keep the focus on the bride, etc. But I have a bridal shower in a nearby town that I haven't done a show in yet, they sent out 100 bridal shower invites....so I would like to take advantage of any new business opportunities in a more subtle way than my normal doorprize slips. I was thinking about stapling a little note to the order forms with instructions (due to the large number of people invited and for those that will inevitably not hear the directions) like put a "B" for items for the bride and feel free to order for yourselves, etc. How about putting a couple of questions on there? Any somewhat subtle wording suggestions? Thanks for all the great ideas I always find on here!

I always do a door prize slip at Bridal Shows - usually just my typed ones that I do myself. Then I draw for 3-4 small prizes (quikcut knife, twix-its, etc). The winner of the door prize usually gives these small gifts right to the bride. I also emphasize the bride gets any host benefits if people book a show.

This is the door prize slip that I use at all of my shows. I plan on using it at my shower on Sat. I have also put 4 to a page (postcard size) and not included the referral portion at bottom. I seem to have more success with this than with the PC ones.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a door prize slip for a bridal shower?

A door prize slip is a small card or piece of paper that guests fill out when they arrive at a bridal shower. It typically includes their name and contact information, and it is used to enter them into a drawing for a prize that will be awarded during the event.

How can I create a door prize slip for my bridal shower?

You can create a door prize slip by designing a simple template that includes fields for the guest's name, phone number, and email address. You can use word processing software or online design tools to create an attractive layout. Print enough copies for all your guests to fill out upon arrival.

Should I offer a prize for the door prize drawing?

Yes, offering a prize for the door prize drawing can make the event more exciting and encourage guests to participate. The prize can be something small and thoughtful, such as a Pampered Chef product, a gift card, or a themed basket related to the bridal shower.

How do I conduct the door prize drawing during the bridal shower?

To conduct the door prize drawing, collect all the completed slips in a bowl or container. At a designated time during the shower, randomly draw a slip from the container and announce the winner. Make sure to have the prize ready to present to the winner immediately.

Can I use Pampered Chef products as prizes for the door prize drawing?

Absolutely! Pampered Chef products make excellent prizes for a bridal shower door prize drawing. They are practical, stylish, and can be a great way to showcase the products to guests who may be interested in purchasing them in the future.
