Letter for Organizations Who Hold Bingos???

Your Name]In summary, when reaching out to organizations for bingos, it is important to do thorough research, personalize your letter, highlight the benefits of using your products, offer a partnership, and follow up with a phone call or email. Does anyone have a letter that they send out to organizations that hold bingos? We have a lot of groups who use product-oriented bingos as fundraisers for their organization or for Relay for Life. The last PC bingo in my area was in 2005. I would really like to tap into this opportunity!

Thanks in advance!

Stacey

A relative newbie (Sept 2007)

when it comes to Bingo operations, I am writing to inquire about the possibility of operating a bingo in your area. I understand that in the past Bingo operations were handled by a local organization. As of 2005, however, the PC bingo in your area closed down. I am seeking an opportunity to take up the reigns and offer a profitable and well-run bingo operation to your community, while providing a service to local organizations and charities. Having spent the past year successfully managing a bingo in another location, I have both experience and enthusiasm to bring to the table. I am confident that I can create a successful bingo operation for your area. If you have any questions or would like to discuss the possibility of me taking over your local bingo operations, please do not hesitate to contact me. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely,

but a dedicated one!

Hi Stacey,

I don't have a specific letter, but I do have some tips for reaching out to organizations that hold bingos:

1. Do your research: Make a list of all the organizations in your area that hold bingos. This could include schools, churches, community centers, and non-profit organizations. Check their websites or reach out to them directly to see if they have any upcoming bingos planned.

2. Personalize your letter: When reaching out to these organizations, make sure to personalize your letter and address it to the specific person in charge of organizing the bingo event. This will show that you have taken the time to do your research and are genuinely interested in working with them.

3. Highlight the benefits: In your letter, be sure to highlight the benefits of using your products for their bingo event. This could include the quality of your products, the variety of options available, and the potential for higher profits compared to other product-oriented bingos they may have done in the past.

4. Offer a partnership: Instead of just asking them to use your products for their bingo, offer a partnership where you can work together to make the event a success. This could include providing marketing materials, helping with setup, or offering a percentage of sales to the organization.

5. Follow up: After sending out your letter, make sure to follow up with a phone call or email to check if they have received it and if they are interested in working with you. This will show your commitment and enthusiasm for collaborating with them.

I hope these tips help you in reaching out to organizations for bingos. Good luck!

Best,
