~75 business cards with the back stickered (or neatly handwritten) their reason(s) for BEGINNING their PC business AS WELL AS their reason(s) for STAYING with PC.
For example: I began my business for Free Product and $$$. I am still with PC because it has given me a sense of purpose for my life (helping others) and it is something that is 100% MINE.

~Self Addressed, POSTAGE applied envelope for me to return unique cards to you. Depending upon any late comers to the swap, you will receive 60-75 cards back, depending upon the total number of participants. Be SURE to apply enough postage.

Mail your completed cards to me POST MARKED NO LATER THAN Friday, August 24th.

PPS- If you DON'T have 75 cards, you can send less...you will just receive less back from the swap. There are a few folks who really only have 25 to send at this point. Please send the entire 75 if possible. Then, you can "pick and choose" a variety of different "reasons" noted by everyone.

I didn't want to say, since folks will be using different sized envelopes. (Some may want to use padded envelopes, etc...)

So here's what I would suggest:
Take the entire thing to the Post Office (Envelope to me, your business cards, and your SASE...)
Have them weigh ALL OF IT and put the same amount of postage on both of the envelopes. Then you will be totally covered!

For those of you who want the business card protectors. I just weighed 3 of them with one envelope (one that would hold an 8-1/2 x 11 piece of paper without folding) and that was 1.5 oz - I did not include the second envelope because I don't know what enevelope you will send.

I am basing this on each person sending in 25 cards so I am thinking we will only need 3 sheets.

I have not done a list of who wants one because it seems a little harder for me to track on this part. Just send them to me and I will get them out.

Where did you get the page protectors again? Maybe I can just pick one up.

Any office supply store. They are Avery 76009 and I think they come in packages of 5 but maybe you can just get one or two also. If we are receiving 25 cards, I should have more than enough to send you some. Our mail room said the shipping would be around 58 cents.

Either way, no big deal I just thought I would offer them since they were on the shelf for so long.

I'd vote for get a card from *everyone* who is participating. Honestly, the more cards you have, the bigger the impact to a prospective recruit. We want people to see that this is something MANY people can do, not just a handful.

As I said, though, I'll go along with the crowd and just send my 25 unless you decide otherwise ...

Sorry, to do this, but I'm going to have to drop out I think (I'm number 19). My laptop died on me yesterday... the monitor went... and all of my files are on there. I'd have to figure out how to get the file I use for my bus. cards off of that computer to get it onto my main computer. If I can solve the computer issue in the next week I will rejoin but for now, unfortunately, count me out. Sorry again! And think good thoughts for my computer!
