Fedex tracking says "left at front foor" but it is not as her door!! I had actually not complained about Fedex in a few weeks!!!

I am on the phone with HO now. They are going to ship the kit to me and follow-up with Fedex on the lost kit. Once she gets her kit she is to call HO and the will adjust her start date. HO was nice except the first person told me that her start date could not be changed and I told her NO WAY to give me a superviser and they transferred me to Career Solutions and it was no problem. The people that answer the phone do not need to tell someone NO when they do not know what they are talking about.

Wow! I love your determination Jennifer! YOU GO GIRL!:p
I'm sorry this happened to your new recruit (and you)! But it really shows her how much you will work for her and how great it was to sign under you! She knows you will take care of her now!! And she will appreciate that! You will make a great director one day soon!;) :)
It's funny how some of us like Fed Ex and some don't. I don't mind them, but it could be that I just have a good driver, (all though, I've had a fill in and I don't like this person! she appears "lost!" )! But they are faster than UPS, in my eyes, and I like that!
Again, good job! I am impressed by your determination!:)

Thanks Cathy. I had been pretty pleased with them once they got use to delivering to me too until now. My recruit has checked with her neighbors and it is not there either. I am just glad it worked out right and quickly for her.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is FedEx responsible for my lost recruit's kit?

While FedEx is the shipping provider, they are not directly responsible for the contents of your recruit's kit once it has been dispatched. However, if there is a tracking issue or a delay, it is advisable to contact FedEx for assistance and to file a claim if necessary.

What should I do if my recruit's kit is lost in transit?

If your recruit's kit is lost, first check the tracking information provided by FedEx. If it shows that the package was delivered but you haven't received it, contact FedEx to investigate. Additionally, reach out to Pampered Chef support to report the issue and request a replacement kit if needed.

Can I track my recruit's kit shipment?

Yes, once your recruit's kit has been shipped, you should receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number on the FedEx website to monitor the status of your shipment and see any updates regarding its delivery.

What if FedEx says my recruit's kit was delivered, but I can't find it?

If FedEx indicates that your kit was delivered but you cannot locate it, check with neighbors or other household members to see if someone else received it. If it remains missing, contact FedEx to file a claim and inform Pampered Chef customer service for further assistance.

Will Pampered Chef replace my lost recruit's kit?

In most cases, Pampered Chef will assist you in replacing a lost recruit's kit, especially if you have taken the necessary steps to report the issue to FedEx. Be sure to document your communications with FedEx and provide this information to Pampered Chef when requesting a replacement.
