Thanks, that makes a lot of sense. I am just pretty limited in choices right now with only a few pieces more than the starter kit, no seasonings of my own, my recruiter 2 hours away so hard to borrow from. Lots of recipes here and on CC but until I get certain pieces, hands are tied. Guess that's why the first show is my own so I can buy all the important pieces ASAP.
