keep in mind that your Hosp. Dir. will get these letters to keep. So write as if you are speaking to her from the heart.
My director received this award at last years Wave 3 conference, it was so awesome to see her look of suprise and how touched she was. She definitley deserved it. and now she says how much she treasures those letters above most anything else from PC in 11+ years.

This phrase typically indicates that someone is looking for feedback or suggestions from their peers or team members regarding their sales strategies, product offerings, or promotional ideas. It's a collaborative approach to problem-solving and innovation in direct sales.
To gather effective feedback, create a structured environment where team members feel comfortable sharing their thoughts. You can schedule a brainstorming session, use online collaboration tools, or send out a survey. Encourage open dialogue and ensure everyone has a chance to contribute.
You can share a variety of ideas, including new marketing strategies, product bundles, event planning concepts, or customer engagement techniques. Additionally, discussing challenges you're facing and seeking solutions can lead to valuable insights from your team.
Bouncing ideas off others can lead to fresh perspectives and innovative solutions that you might not have considered on your own. It fosters collaboration, enhances team morale, and can result in more effective strategies that drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Negative feedback can be valuable for growth. Listen carefully to the concerns raised, ask clarifying questions, and consider the suggestions for improvement. Use this feedback to refine your ideas and approach, turning criticism into a constructive learning opportunity.
