AGES ago! I think it has been over a year-since they changed the starter kit.
I am praying for a great one being announced at Conference-I have folks that are sitting on the fence & I need something to shove them off onto my side!

The starter kit was just changed at Leadership in January and I think because of that they did not offer a recruiting promo. I believe the last recruiting promo was the two knives after last years conference.

Yep, that was the last one. When they introduced the new kit, it was mentioned that there would be far fewer incentives for new consultants to sign, because they get such great benefits with the new program. What HO discovered in the past was that when people signed during a promo, they'd do just enough to get the extra freebie and quit. So the promos weren't attracting quality consultants.

Blech! Only one showed up and she's not up for the "time" commitment. My director is going to help me work with her...she wants to book an August show...we'll see

That is great Jenny!!

There is a promo for the recruits in the Fall Speical Edition page 19 (but not for recruiting). New Consultants who qualify within 90 days and whose qualification date is Aug 1st or later will receive a Personal Web Site free for 90 days. New Consultants must subscribe within 30 days of qualifying. If they already have a Personal Web Site, their next billing date will be extended 90 days.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I prepare for the cluster meeting with potential recruits?

It's important to create a welcoming environment for your potential recruits. Prepare an agenda that includes an introduction to Pampered Chef, product demonstrations, and testimonials from current consultants. Make sure to have materials ready, such as brochures or business cards, and consider having some products available for them to try.

How can I engage the potentials during the meeting?

Engagement is key to making a positive impression. Encourage questions and discussions throughout the meeting. You can also include interactive elements, such as a product demonstration where they can participate, or a fun icebreaker activity to help them feel comfortable and involved.

What information should I share about the Pampered Chef opportunity?

Be sure to highlight the benefits of becoming a Pampered Chef consultant, such as flexible working hours, the potential for income, and the support available from the company and your cluster. Share success stories from current consultants and discuss the training and resources that are provided to help them succeed.

How can I follow up with the potentials after the meeting?

After the meeting, send a thank-you message to each potential recruit, expressing your appreciation for their attendance. Include a summary of what was discussed and invite them to reach out with any further questions. You can also schedule a one-on-one follow-up call to discuss their thoughts and address any concerns they may have.

What if the potentials are hesitant to join?

It's common for people to have reservations about joining a direct sales opportunity. Listen to their concerns and provide honest answers. Share additional resources, such as FAQs or success stories, and remind them of the support they would receive as part of your team. Encourage them to take their time in making a decision and let them know you're available for any further questions.
