We ended up cancelling our December meeting because of bad weather and all agreed to hold it Jan. 3rd. We directors were all orignally cooking an Italian dinner for everyone- we changed that to a brunch since the rescheduled date was a Saturday. We ate first after sipping on Mimosas.
Then had " Acheiving the Disney Trip" "Recognition',"a Recruiting Segment" and then we played a Gift Exchange Game. All directors brought enough wrapped PC items ($10-$15 each retail from inventory) for everyone attending from their cluster. This was played by consultants only. The whole meeting was really fun and a nice way to treat our consultants. We may consider doing this the beginning of January from now on.

This sounds like a great idea!
