I am doing a vendor event at the local Chamber of Commerce. I only have a 4 ft table and it has to be mardi gras themed. Ideas??

If you have a dollar tree close by they have cute mardi gras decorations for cheap. Set up like normal but put green, purple and yellow beads through out and what ever other decorations you see.

Use you clear outdoor caddy with mardi gras colored, utensils, plates and napkinsI would use a purple table cloth and string beads along it. Our Dollar Tree and Party City has a ton of cute and cheap Mardi Gras deco

Use this opportunity to really display the New Orleans trip! Print some pictures from the internet, use beads, masks, etc... put the "Taste of Travel" poster that came in the CN last month where it can be seen by all! Get those bookings, but better yet, the New Orleans incentive may just get people to sign with you!

The dots items will go really well with Mardi Gras colors! Good luck! I LOVE vendor events! :)

Also, have some food - draws interest. Maybe pretzel turtle candies? mini pretzel with a pecan on top, then a rollo candy melted over all.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the basic elements needed to set up a table for a Pampered Chef party?

To set up a table for a Pampered Chef party, you'll need a tablecloth, plates, utensils, napkins, and serving dishes. Additionally, include a display of Pampered Chef products, a catalog for guests to browse, and any necessary cooking tools or ingredients for demonstrations.

How can I arrange the table to make it visually appealing?

To create a visually appealing table, use a color scheme that complements the Pampered Chef products. Arrange items in groups, such as placing serving dishes together and utensils nearby. Use height variations by incorporating stands or risers, and add decorative elements like flowers or themed centerpieces to enhance the overall look.

Should I include samples of food on the table?

Yes, including samples of food is a great way to engage guests and showcase the versatility of Pampered Chef products. Make sure to have small portions that are easy to serve and eat. This not only demonstrates the products in action but also encourages interaction and discussion among guests.

How can I incorporate product demonstrations into the table setup?

To incorporate product demonstrations, designate a specific area on the table for cooking or food prep. Ensure that the necessary tools and ingredients are easily accessible. You can also use a small cutting board or a cooking stone as a focal point for demonstrations, allowing guests to see the products in use while they mingle.

What should I do if I have limited space for my table setup?

If space is limited, prioritize essential items and keep the setup simple. Use multi-functional products to save space, such as serving dishes that can also be used for cooking. Consider vertical displays or tiered stands to maximize space and create an organized look. Focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere with a few key products rather than overcrowding the table.
