Do any of you do any kind of presentation of the products purchased at the shower? Do you give the bride a list with the guest name and what they purchased? My first shower is tonight and I am doing it pretty low key. There will be around 25 guests there and I think that is way too many to try and keep their attention. I plan on just doing a short presentation and then letting them enjoy the other guests and food. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Bumpity bump!

I haven't had a bridal show yet but I did have a "housewarming" show and for this...this is what I did. I took a big posterboard and put on it everything that she wanted and put at the top "WISH LIST". I put the product name, item number, and price next to them and a little spot where they could stick a gold star next to the item. I told them on their order form to draw a star next to the items that they were purchasing for the person. It worked out well because when they check out, I asked again and the people that didn't purchase anything for the new home.....felt obligated and bought something extra. After the show, I wrote a list of who bought what so that she could send thank you cards to the people. Then I had it shipped to my house and bagged up the things for the girl. Gave her all of the stuff that was purchased for her new home! If you have a registry set up for this bride...that may help. But if not, use my idea and go with it. It worked well for me. Good Luck!

I do a list for the bride of who bought what. It makes it easier for them. I send it with my thank you note.

Well it went great! I made a board with her wish list on it and she got everything on the board! The party closed at over $900. I didn't do any games because there was just too many people.

Something my director does that I think is nice so I do it, is she buys some cheap thank you notes & writes on a post-it note who bought what, & sticks the notes inside the thank you's. Then it makes it easy for the bride to do the thank you's.

Congratulations, Laura! That's great.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I include in my bridal shower invitations?

When creating your bridal shower invitations, be sure to include the date, time, and location of the event. Additionally, mention the theme if you have one, RSVP details, and any specific instructions regarding gifts or attire. Including a registry information can also be helpful for guests.

How can I choose the right theme for the bridal shower?

Choosing a theme for the bridal shower can be based on the bride's interests, favorite colors, or the season. Consider her personality and preferences, and involve her in the decision-making process. Popular themes include garden parties, tea parties, or even a cooking class if she enjoys culinary experiences.

What types of games should I plan for the bridal shower?

Bridal shower games can add fun and engagement to the event. Consider classic games like "The Newlywed Game," bridal bingo, or a trivia quiz about the couple. You can also incorporate cooking-related games, especially if you're showcasing Pampered Chef products, such as a cooking challenge or taste test.

How can I incorporate Pampered Chef products into the bridal shower?

Incorporating Pampered Chef products can enhance the shower experience. You can host a cooking demonstration using their tools, offer guests the chance to try out products, or even create a recipe book featuring dishes made with Pampered Chef items. Additionally, consider setting up a registry for the bride to include Pampered Chef products.

What food and drinks should I serve at the bridal shower?

When planning the menu, consider light bites and finger foods that are easy to serve and eat. Options like mini sandwiches, fruit platters, and desserts work well. For drinks, consider a signature cocktail, mocktails, or a selection of wines. Ensure that the food aligns with the theme and dietary preferences of the guests.
