I tried to get my file as an attachment, but it said my file couldn't be used. We sent this out to guest who purchased items at a church school fundraiser during the holidays. HTH! Here it is:

Dear School supporter:

Enclosed please find the receipt for your recent purchase of Pampered Chef items at the School fundraiser. Thank you again for supporting your school by purchasing products and helping raise funds for the Music Department.

Please keep this receipt somewhere safe for future reference. All of the products you purchased have a minimum one year guarantee, with some having extended guarantees, so noted on the receipt. That means that within the first year, if you are dissatisfied with the product, you can return it or exchange it. If it has an extended guarantee, during those subsequent years, if something happens to the product, you can have it replaced.

You should now have your products in your possession. If there are any discrepancies with your products, please call me at . Also, now that Christmas is rapidly approaching, and you may have thought of some Pampered Chef gift ideas for others, you can order directly from my personal website: www.pamperedchef.biz/ , and receive it (or ship it directly to the recipient) in plenty of time for Christmas!

Thank you again for supporting your school. Have a joyous Christmas season.

Sincerely,
