My mom dropped off some order forms and catalogs at her bank (both branches) on Tuesday or Wednesday. How long should she leave them there? I think Friday is too short but wonder if Monday is too long? What do you all think? It's for a show she's hosting. Thanks!
God bless,
Amanda

AT LEAST one week if not more. There's a lot of PT people at banks. I know a gal who works just two days a week at a bank. You have to give them time to actually see the catalog.

Hi Amanda,It really depends on the policies of your mom's bank and how busy they are. If they have a designated area for community flyers and order forms, then she can probably leave them there for a week or so. If they don't have a designated area, she can always check back on Friday to see if they have been taken down or ask a bank employee for their recommendation. It's always better to be safe than sorry, so I would say Monday is a good time to pick them up if they haven't been taken down yet. Good luck with the show!Best,

Frequently Asked Questions

How long should I leave order forms at the bank for a hosting show?

You should typically leave the order forms at the bank for about 1 to 2 weeks. This allows enough time for customers to fill them out and return them while also ensuring that the forms do not become outdated.

What if I need to collect orders sooner than 1 week?

If you need to collect orders sooner, consider setting a specific deadline for submissions and communicate that clearly on the order forms. You can also follow up with customers to remind them of the deadline.

Can I leave the order forms at the bank for longer than 2 weeks?

While it is possible to leave the order forms for longer than 2 weeks, it is not recommended as the interest in the show may wane, and customers may forget about it. It's best to keep the timeframe short to maintain excitement.

Should I check the order forms regularly while they are at the bank?

Yes, it is a good idea to check the order forms regularly. This allows you to track orders, answer any questions customers may have, and ensure that the forms are still being utilized effectively.

What should I do if I don't receive any orders after leaving the forms at the bank?

If you don't receive any orders, consider reaching out to your network to remind them about the show. You can also ask for feedback on the order forms or the hosting show to understand any barriers customers might be facing.
