This should be highlighted as The Post Of The Day.

Thank you. What an honor for the new girl, huh? I just look past all the pettyness and childish name calling and high school drama and use this forum as a place to get new ideas for my business. Anything else is just a burden. I consider myself a grown up. I wont allow my kids to act like this at all, and I'm surprised some of the adults on here have. Again I am new and no nothing or no one, and frankly I think I'll keep it that way...ha ha.

Now, in my spring paperwork kit I was not sent the P3 disc (or if I was boy I cant find it anywhere...lol). Can I get the full version on CC or do I need to call home office and request the disc to be sent out?

It was actually on the disk labeled Pampered Partner. There was no indication of P3 on the label.

Did you get a CD that said Pampered Partner? If so it is on there.

Debi and I posted the same remark at the same time! LOL!!!!!!

You have to go online to CC and get the instrucions on how to install P3...hope that helps you! I haven;t installed it yet...just using regular ol' PP.

If you do have that disc, you use it but cancel the install that will start automatically. Then browse to the disc and you'll see the folder for P3

BTW....SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO happy to see everyone's cheerful and posting again! Thanks everyone!!

Hmmm...maybe that is why I cannot find it? ha ha. No, the only disc I have (or can find) says Printable Material CD. Not it, huh?

Guess you better call HO to get the missing CD.

nope that is not it I hae never downloaded it from CC but I don know you could call the solutions center and they can help you.

Welcome to CS and as KG said it is usually never this crazy

Or clean my desk. I think it would be easier to call Home Office [smile]

Good idea, call HO when you get it and need help just give out a holler to one of us and we'll get you up and running with installing it if you have problems doing it.

On CC they posted instructions on how to install it too. Of course without the CD you can't do much right now.

Some body just said that there was a 3-4 hr wait at HO. The nice thing is they have the call back feature

I sure could pretend like I know what I am doing, that way when I actually get the disc, I will.

Thanks for the good information.

They do keep their word and call you back.

Your welcome. They also have a FAQ on CC. You should download that too and read it.

I love P3 and have been using it since I got it late January.

You know, if you're still not comfortable with PP, you should switch as soon as possible! Because they are very different as far as how you do things, it would be so much easier to only learn one. At least, it would for me!;)

Even easier...if you have broadband connection...log on to CC and download the latest version.

Yes HO office does call you back and I also really like P# it has taken me time to figure out where things are. Just listen to the introdction at the begining and that will help you out tons

Does CC have a download for P3? I haven't looked recently.

I thought they didn't have P3 available for download from the site yet. Is it there now?!! If so, GREAT!

The startup guide is pretty good. I asked HO to update it as they put more on it to help everyone find where things are. I asked--now have to wait to see if they "hear" me.:D
