Ok, KG or friends, How fast is a turnover.....
but on the serious side.......
I see there are a few consultants on Chef success that have been around longer than 4-5 years. But the majority have been around less than that. Does anyone know what the median time frame is for Consultants or Directors? Is there fast turnover, like in restaurants for instance. I am sure it depends totally on the person, but i was just curious.
My Executive director has been with The Pampered Chef @15 years, and my National Executive Director @ 18 years, so I know that there are long time people, but I notice LOTS of people under 3 or so years.
