How do you do a product exchange, Lady ordered the medium scoop and wanted the large. I went to product adjustments online and didn't see where I could do an exchange.

I call home office and go over the information with them - there is a price difference so make sure the customer is aware - if its passed the 30 day - I let them do it
 
You can't do returns for money back or exchanges for different product online. You have to e-mail or call HO.
