Darn, I couldnt open it. Love seeing everyone's different newsletters ;)

Looks really good. I found that it works best when you have outlook express or similar e-mail client because then you can just go to file-send to-mail recipient and it will send exactly how you have it. test it by sending it to yourself to make sure it does what you want.

With the exception that this version of it has my little coupon separated at the bottom, does this newsletter look ok to you guys? my HTML version looks better

Looks very nice!! I like how your links will open up to your website! I am not good with the computer at all when it comes to stuff like that. Very nice looking.

thanks, i used www.constantcontact.com to have them create it then imported it into other programs. They have a free 60 day trial, so you can try it or even just use mine and change the info. You should be able to right click on the hyperlinks and edit them to change to your site. After you fix it in word, you can save it as .html and it normally helps for sending the e-mail so it isn't an attatchment

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I create a newsletter to share as an attachment?

To create a newsletter, you can use a word processing program like Microsoft Word or Google Docs. Design your newsletter with relevant content, images, and branding. Once you are satisfied with the layout, save the document as a PDF or a Word file to ensure it is easily shareable.

What file formats can I use to attach my newsletter?

You can attach your newsletter in various formats, but the most common and widely accepted formats are PDF and DOCX. PDF is preferred for its compatibility across different devices and operating systems, ensuring your formatting remains intact.

How do I attach the newsletter to an email?

To attach your newsletter to an email, open your email client and compose a new message. Look for the "Attach" button, usually represented by a paperclip icon. Click it, navigate to the location where your newsletter file is saved, select it, and click "Open" to attach it to your email.

Can I share my newsletter through social media?

Yes, you can share your newsletter through social media by uploading the file to a cloud storage service like Google Drive or Dropbox and then sharing the link. Alternatively, you can create a post that includes a brief summary of the newsletter and a call-to-action to download it from the link.

What should I do if my newsletter file is too large to attach?

If your newsletter file is too large, consider compressing the file or reducing its size by optimizing images and removing unnecessary elements. You can also upload the file to a cloud storage service and share the link instead of attaching the file directly to the email.
