My director wants to go through the Step up to Director program with me one on one starting in Sept. I've been through it before a couple years ago with several other consultants....and I want to definitely move to Directorship - so I guess I'll have to find the time for doing the program.
I'll be praying for you too as you make a decision! Maybe we could walk together! Twice even - because Yvonne does a "practice walk" at the Executive banquet!!!
