Ok...Let me see if I can explain this well enough for you all to understand.

When I book a show off of a current show (in the order under the "Booking" tab), and set my action items, it does not show me later who the show was booked from. For example, if Jane Doe-First Call comes up in my Daily Reminders, it does not tell me what show she attended. So, when I go to call her, I can't remember where I met her! My director's PP says, "Auto-generated from so&so's show" so that she knows where she met her.

Does anyone have this capability? If not, how do you find out or know what show it was booked from?

Help!!!! I'm doing my 24 bookings in 24 hours right now and I have some leads but can't remember where they are from so I'm having to go through every show to find their name and make that connection!

It has the "auto generated" line in the preview window they pop up in. You have to click on each reminder for that line to change. HTH.

Right....but mine never shows that "auto-generated" line! That is what I'm trying to get to appear.

Sorry, I don't know. It's always been there on mine.

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I track the origin of my booked shows?

You can track the origin of your booked shows by maintaining a detailed record of where each booking came from. This can include noting whether the show was booked through a referral, a social media post, or a previous party. Using a spreadsheet or a dedicated app can help you organize this information effectively.

Is there a specific tool or software to help track my shows?

Yes, many Pampered Chef consultants use tools like the Pampered Chef Consultant app or other party management software to track their shows. These tools often have features that allow you to log the source of each booking, making it easier to analyze your booking trends.

What information should I collect to track my shows effectively?

To track your shows effectively, collect information such as the date of the booking, the name of the host, the source of the booking (e.g., referral, social media, event), and any notes about the host's preferences or interests. This will help you understand which methods are most effective for securing bookings.

How can I analyze the data I collect on my booked shows?

You can analyze the data by looking for patterns in your bookings. For example, you might find that most of your shows come from referrals or specific social media platforms. Use this information to focus your marketing efforts on the most successful channels and improve your booking strategy.

What should I do if I can't remember the origin of a booked show?

If you can't remember the origin of a booked show, it's a good practice to reach out to the host and ask how they heard about you or your business. This not only helps you track your bookings but also engages your hosts and shows that you value their input.
