just curious - those of who you have had success - where, when, how did you do it? did you go to a bridal fair? did you go to david's bridal shop or something similar? do you tell everyone you know? i'm very disappointed with the fact that i had 2 registries set up - one with no purchases!! and one that went away. i spent money and time at a bridal fair and not one lead!!!!! i think it's a great idea but just having a hard time figuring out how to make it happen!! i am very out of the box thinking for my business in terms of shows, kid's cooking classes etc. - but can't quite get the registry going!!! thanks for any advice or encouragement!!!!

I have had one successful registyry - a gal I met at a cooking show...she loved the products and registered...voila!! Lots of sales - it ended up about $600...not bad considering I had to do basically nothing!

I'm sorry to hear about your disappointment with your registries. I have had success with my registry by doing a combination of things. I did go to a bridal fair and got some leads from there, but I also reached out to friends and family and asked them to spread the word about my registry. I also posted about it on social media and shared it with my network. Additionally, I made sure to mention it to any potential clients or customers I interacted with, whether it was at a cooking class or a networking event. I think it's important to be persistent and keep promoting your registry, and eventually, you will see results. Don't get discouraged, and keep thinking outside the box – maybe consider offering a special promotion or incentive to entice people to use your registry. Good luck!
