I have about 23 people on my team... I know, what a problem to have, right? But I'm getting a little overwhelmed. I have a binder set up that I'd like to put tabs for each consultant so I can track when I've talked with them, etc. I recently referred to a consultant's 3 children that she did not even have!!! LOL... AHHHHHHHHH!!!! Does anyone have anything made up that they already use or a tracking system that works for you?? There is the form on the Download Center titled "New Consultant Record", but I was hoping to not have to write out 23 of those... probably should anyways. Let me know if you can help - thanks!!

you can make notes in CC about what you talked about, much easier and less paper to chase

Hi Carrie, managing a large team can definitely be overwhelming at times! One tip that has worked for me is to use a spreadsheet to track my team members. I have a column for their name, contact information, and notes about our conversations or any important details about them. I also color code the rows based on whether I have contacted them recently or if there is something urgent I need to follow up on. This helps me stay organized and on top of things. You can also create tabs for each consultant on the spreadsheet if you prefer to have individual tabs for each person. It may take some time to set up initially, but it will save you time in the long run. I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions. Best of luck managing your team! -
