WHAT ABOUT:
- People from the places she does business
- Her neighbors (great way to get to know them)
- Contacts through her kids
- Neighbors from her previous residence
- Encourage invites to bring a friend (maybe offer a small incentive)
- Contacts through her spouse
- Co-workers
- The customers that she has through her business

Just give her the 50 in 5 handout and it will help her to brainstorm

It's a really scary thing that I had exactly the same thought KG expressed.Jenna's ideas are great. Remind her, too, that people will want to see her new house. Plus, she can invite people to participate online if you have a website.

I was thinking maybe you could line the items up on the fence...as a display.... It would be hard to do a show balancing on a fence, though.

Not that surprising. I'd wanna show up just to watch the balancing act. I'm picturing a Señor Wences bit with the dishes spinning on sticks. "'sawright!"

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a Home Show and how does it work?

A Home Show is a social gathering where a Pampered Chef consultant demonstrates kitchen products and shares cooking tips. Guests can sample food, learn new recipes, and place orders for products. As a host, you invite friends and family to your home, and the consultant takes care of the presentation and sales.

How can I make my Home Show appealing to new residents?

To make your Home Show appealing to new residents, create a welcoming atmosphere by providing refreshments and a comfortable space for guests to mingle. Consider incorporating local flavors or themes that resonate with the community. Additionally, offer incentives like a raffle or discounts for attendees who bring friends.

What types of products should I showcase at the Home Show?

Focus on popular and versatile Pampered Chef products that are easy to use and appeal to a wide audience. Items like kitchen gadgets, cookware, and baking tools are great options. You can also highlight seasonal products or new arrivals to keep the presentation fresh and exciting.

How can I encourage attendance from my neighbors?

To encourage attendance, send out personalized invitations to your neighbors, either digitally or through traditional mail. Use social media to create an event page and share it with local community groups. Emphasize the fun and social aspects of the Home Show, and consider offering a small incentive for attendees, such as a free gift or a discount on their first order.

What should I do if I have a small space for the Home Show?

If you have a small space, keep the guest list manageable to ensure everyone is comfortable. Arrange seating in a way that encourages interaction, and consider hosting the show outdoors if weather permits. You can also limit the number of products showcased to avoid overcrowding and focus on a few key demonstrations that highlight the best features of the products.
