Have You Tried Phonevite from Pampered Perk?

Has anyone used this yet? I've heard of "Post Calls" and such, but not heard about this one. I happened to notice it was one of the Pampered Perk vendors now. 20% discount on Premium service (0.04 a call I think it said?).

I'm thinking of trying something this year....even though reminder-calls for my hosts are "safe" calls....it takes up valuable time!

I use it and like it. I can have all of my calls done in about 10minutes.

I also like that it uses your # as the caller i.d. # and not the company's. My director uses another service and it always shows up as an out of state call.

I've now used it twice.

The first time was for reminder calls for an Open House I was doing. Out of 338 calls, 3 were busy, 1 came back as an invalid number, 50 were no response, and 284 listed as success. The message was a minute long, out of those 284 successes, 51 were less than 30 seconds.

What I also found out, is that the system apparently doesn't recognize machines and re-start at the beep. My own voicemail didn't get he whole message, and I got similar feedback from some other people. I sent it out at 12:30 in the afternoon, so a lot of people were at work, and I didn't get a noticable difference in my attendance.

I did it again tonight. I'm trying to pull together a show before the 15th, and I sent out an email about the stoneware. This time I sent it out at 7:30 PM, hoping that more people would be home to answer.

This time I had 216 calls. 1 busy, 3 failed, 5 invalid number, 11 no response and 194 success. Again, a message about a minute long, 39 were less than 30 seconds. 124 more than a minute. One was actually 5 minutes... I'll have to figure that out.

As of right now, I haven't received any response. We'll see how it goes from here.
