What words do you'all use to get your hostess to have bookings ready for you when you arrive at her show? Do you mention this in all 3 of your host coaching calls?

Thanks so much!

No certain words, I jsut make sure they know of the host benefits in the coming months and that they are eligible for those if someone books off of their show. I use the Do You Love a Bargain flyer that I got off this loop and put it in every host packet I think that explains it really well! I also have them tell any potential booking that they will already have their first sale (in the host) which helps get bookings too.

What a great idea! This is awesome!!!!! I'm going to try and make up something like this.

I've been telling people that if they get me three bookings at their show then I will give them a free gift. But only AFTER the shows close. We'll see how that goes. I'm just starting out so I haven't had anyone take me up on it yet.

Thank you! Thanks for the great ideas! I will put this flyer in all future host packets. You'all
are the best!!

there's the hostess tic-tac-toe document that some people are having great success with. Or you could offer them PC DOLLARS (from you, of course) for each booking referral (and a larger amount for recruit referrals) that you could give to them after they've held their show (or signed). You could do $5 for one, $10 for two and $25 for three bookign referrals.. maybe they'd reach to get 3 recruits. plus, they'll get the booking benefit from it too.. just an idea.

I like the PC dollars idea. I think I'm going to tell my hosts that for every booking they get they will get a $5 gift certificate from me. I found some here about a year ago when I started and forgot I had them.

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I encourage my hostess to get bookings for me?

Encouraging your hostess to get bookings starts with clear communication. Explain the benefits of hosting a party, such as earning free products and discounts. Provide her with a list of potential guests and tips on how to invite them. You can also offer incentives for each booking she secures, making it a fun challenge for her.

What should I say to my hostess to motivate her?

Let your hostess know how much you appreciate her support and how her efforts can lead to more fun and rewards for her. You might say something like, "I would love your help in reaching out to your friends! Every booking you secure means more free products for you!" This creates a sense of teamwork and excitement.

How can I help my hostess feel comfortable asking for bookings?

Provide your hostess with a script or talking points to make her feel more confident. Role-playing can also help her practice her approach. Remind her that many people enjoy hosting parties and that it’s a great way to gather friends and have fun, which can make the invitation feel less daunting.

What if my hostess is hesitant to ask for bookings?

If your hostess is hesitant, reassure her that it's normal to feel that way. Share success stories from other hostesses who have successfully secured bookings. Encourage her by emphasizing that she can start with close friends or family, who are often more willing to support her. Sometimes, just a little encouragement can go a long way.

How can I follow up with my hostess about bookings without being pushy?

Follow up with your hostess in a friendly and supportive manner. You can send a quick message or make a call to check in and see how she’s feeling about the party planning. Ask if she’s had any luck with bookings and offer to help her brainstorm ideas or provide additional resources. Keeping the conversation light and positive will help her feel supported rather than pressured.
