A nice question to ask (and I think I already know the answer in her case) is "Do you just need to know HOW to get started or do you want to know WHY you should get started?" Sounds like she just needs to know how to sign up. Other questions can be answered as she goes through the process. Just direct her to your website and she can go from there and call you along the way with questions.stefani2 said:She said 'she wants to Join my Team and start selling PC'. I WILL sign her, but I just was curious what info I should start her off with!![]()

Start by familiarizing yourself with the Pampered Chef product line and the company’s policies. Set up your online account, create a personal website, and gather marketing materials. Attend training sessions and connect with your upline for guidance and support.
Begin by sharing your personal story and experiences with Pampered Chef. Highlight the benefits of joining, such as flexible hours, earning potential, and personal growth. Reach out to friends, family, and acquaintances who might be interested, and offer to answer any questions they may have.
Pampered Chef offers a variety of training resources, including online webinars, training videos, and a dedicated consultant community. Encourage your recruits to participate in these resources and consider hosting regular team meetings to provide additional support and motivation.
Help your recruits set SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) based on their individual aspirations. Discuss their motivations for joining and encourage them to focus on short-term milestones, such as booking their first party or making their first sale, to build confidence and momentum.
Recognize and celebrate their achievements, no matter how small. Provide ongoing support and encouragement, and share success stories from your own experience. Consider implementing incentive programs or challenges to keep them engaged and motivated in their business journey.
