for theFriday Morning Shift - What We Know

In summary, the Main Stream Media is perpetuating their coverage by repackaging and rehashing everything we already know. There is nothing new as of this hour.

What do we know? Not a lot more than yesterday.

There is nothing new as of this hour. The Main Stream Media is perpetuating their coverage by repackaging and rehashing everything we already know. As frustrating as that is for us, the fact is, there is just nothing new but by repackaging and rehashing, the MSM is keeping the story alive.

Sadly, the only the MSM seems to be focusing on is that Paige was allegedly working for, or owned, an escort service.

The GJ Sentinel has issued this morning's rehash under the headline "http://www.gjsentinel.com/news/content/news/stories/2007/07/06/7_6_1a_Birgfeld_follo.html."

The story is finally getting some national attention. Cheffers have reported that the story has appeared on CNN but I have not been able to confirm that. The http://search.cnn.com/search.jsp?query=paige%20birgfeld&type=web&sortBy=date&intl=false has several links to the story on other media outlets but not to CNN on air.

The story did appear on ABC News and http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,288173,00.html.

Some Cheffers report seeing Greta Van Susteren interviewing someone involved in the investigation during the broadcast of On The Record, but we have been unable to find a video, a transcript nor confirm who the guest was. Please supply a link if you can.

Paige has appeared on WebSleuths, another vBulletin powered forum. There's not much there.

That's about all there is as of 3:30 AM EDT.

When do you sleep, KG?? You are ALWAYS on!

Thanks Kitchen Guy for the updates

One question Kitchen Guy - it is about you

What is your real name, maybe some know it in here, but with everything going on right now, I would like to know, with everything you are doing, I would like to say thanks to the real you.

Thanks again and thanks for being up 24/7

Teresa

I really like the update you do in the morning. I don't have to search in the early AM before work.

Thanks, a lot for Thursday's and today's update. It is at the top of the new posts when I log in and I can do a quick check (and not be late for work) !! Thanks again.

Paige is a friend, and sleep is not coming easilly to me lately. That and I've been working third shift for about 8 months. It's tough to move the metabolism back and forth between the two worlds of night people and day people, so I just mostly nap when I can't keep my eyes open anymore.Teresa, follow the link at the bottom of my sig to find that for which you search.

I taped the segment and just watched it.

The interview was with Gary Harmon from the Daily Sentinel.

He did not disclose anything we do not already know. He did use the words, "Double life..."

Thank you, Lisa. I'm sure the video will be available at some time...the video about Kelly Nolan (the student missing from Madison, Wisconsin) is available on the site now.

Thanks KG for the updates! The first and last thing on my mind these days is Paige.........I'm glad the re-hashing is at least keeping Paige's story in the public's eye, but I sure wish we would actually here some NEWS!

Listen to Mesa County Sheriff's office spokeswoman Heather Gearhart's response when asked if there was any chance Paige would have left on her own... (with appx. 35 seconds left on the clip). A LEAD???

Thanks Becky - I missed this - this a.m. too...

We were part of a small group that banned together after a rather pleasant experience, which we were all on the same end of it. I know how Paige fervently fought for other people's rights and her beliefs and I just feel like I'm not doing enough to pay her back.

Thanks KG and Grande for your continued updates. Like Becky stated, she is in my thoughts when I go to bed and as soon as I wake up! Appreciate the morning updates and throughout the day!

If you come up with anything, let me know...I feel the same.

Ok. But maybe we should do some coaching on how to keep up the show for the benefit of the outside folks. I mean, that commission would be what ... $21600 + in the worst case scenario?

Let's see the media report that!:D
