I'm psyched! My first show is this coming Monday, I've decided to do the BBQ Chicken Pizza, Strawberry Amaretto Pastries, PIÑA COLADA REFRESHER..and I'm doing this all at my house..like a Kick-Off show!

I've got some nerves...Anyone else have nerves, but do just fine? :>
 
I was pretty nervous at my first show, but it went great! They will love you just because you're you! Have a great time and let us know how it goes!!
 
I had nerves and did fine. Search CS for the thread with one liners and ways to make it funny if you make a mistake. People just want to have fun. 3 recipes does sound like a lot but maybe you have a lot of people coming. I hope someone will be helping you cook if you are doing it before the party. The menu sounds yummy and look at your fantastic smile. They have got to love you. Remember have fun and they will have fun.

I am having everything pre-done....Only things which I will be doing at the show is overviewing the products I used..and highlighting many more..

No way am i demonstrating 3 recipes :> !
 
Good idea. Just a suggestion but have you tried the Strawberry Cheesecake Trifle. It is so easy and feeds so many people.

I was extremely nervous at my first show, but it was one of my best! I've been doing it for almost a year and still get nervous but the first is definately the hardest! Good Luck and Have Fun!
