As far as the grilling itself or what you are talking about from Feriale, I am not familiar. But I always figured if I was asked to do a grill/BBQ show, I would ask the husband (or whoever does the grilling) to control the grill and do that part, and I would just do the prep for the demo and supervise the cooking per instructions. At least then it wouldnt get bburnt.
