How do I do an exchange on a half price item? My customer wants to exchnage the medium square bamboo bowl for the large square bamboo bowl.

Re: exchange? You would probably have to call HO for that. She'll have to pay the difference in the half-priced prices.

Re: exchange? You are probably going to have to do this one over the phone with HO since more money will need to be paid (it's been awhile - but I don't think the online ProdAdj can handle this).

They may take the difference from your debit card and you'll have to collect from the host (unless you have the host CC).

If it were me, I'd call HO - they'll guide you through it. They'll probably send return label for the Med Bowl if it's in the first 30 days.

Re: exchange?Should I just have her call HO?

Hi there! To do an exchange on a half price item, you will need to follow these steps:1. Contact your customer and confirm that they want to exchange the medium square bamboo bowl for the large square bamboo bowl.2. Check your inventory to make sure the large square bamboo bowl is available for exchange.3. If it is available, arrange a time and place to meet with your customer to exchange the items.4. When you meet with your customer, have them bring the medium square bamboo bowl and the original receipt.5. Give your customer the large square bamboo bowl and make sure they are satisfied with the exchange.6. If the large square bamboo bowl is more expensive than the medium square bamboo bowl, your customer will need to pay the difference in price.7. If the large square bamboo bowl is less expensive than the medium square bamboo bowl, you can offer your customer a store credit for the difference in price.8. Make sure to update your inventory and keep track of the exchange in your records.I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions. Happy cooking!
