For those of you who have done mega shows (i.e. Multiple hosts in one room)...what is the best way to book these hosts?

I have a holiday Mega show I would like to do, and I would love to do a HWC one in October but I think I may need some wordings to really book them well. TIA!!! :D

Hi there! Booking multiple hosts for a mega show can be a great way to boost your sales and reach a larger audience. Here are a few tips that have worked for me in the past:1. Offer incentives: Consider offering a special gift or discount to each host who books a party at the mega show. This can help motivate them to commit to hosting and also entice their guests to attend.2. Use social media: Create a Facebook event for the mega show and encourage your hosts to invite their friends and family. This can help spread the word and generate more interest in the event.3. Personal invitations: Reach out to each host individually and personally invite them to host a party at the mega show. This shows that you value their support and are excited to have them be a part of the event.4. Provide resources: Give your hosts the tools they need to successfully book their own parties. This could include sample invitations, host scripts, and product information. The easier it is for them to book, the more likely they will be to do so.I hope these tips help you with your upcoming mega show! Best of luck and happy selling!

Frequently Asked Questions

What are some effective strategies for booking multiple hosts for a mega show?

To successfully book multiple hosts for a mega show, consider leveraging your existing customer base by reaching out to previous hosts and loyal customers. Use social media to create buzz and encourage potential hosts to invite their friends. Offer incentives such as discounts or free products for hosts who bring in additional guests. Additionally, schedule a planning session with all hosts to coordinate themes and promotions, ensuring everyone is engaged and excited about the event.

How can I promote my mega show to attract more hosts?

Promoting your mega show effectively involves utilizing multiple channels. Create eye-catching graphics and share them on social media platforms, send out email invitations, and use direct messaging to reach out to potential hosts personally. Highlight the benefits of hosting, such as exclusive products, discounts, and the opportunity to earn free items. Consider hosting a pre-show event or live demonstration to generate excitement and interest.

What incentives can I offer to encourage more people to host?

Incentives can significantly boost host participation. Consider offering tiered rewards based on the number of guests they bring or sales generated. For example, hosts could earn a free product for every five guests or a special gift for reaching a certain sales threshold. Additionally, you can provide exclusive access to new products or special promotions for hosts who successfully book the most parties.

How do I manage communication with multiple hosts effectively?

Effective communication is key when managing multiple hosts. Use a group messaging app or platform to keep everyone informed and engaged. Schedule regular check-ins to discuss progress and address any questions or concerns. Create a shared document or calendar to track important dates, themes, and responsibilities, ensuring that all hosts are aligned and aware of their roles leading up to the mega show.

What should I do if a host cancels last minute?

If a host cancels last minute, stay calm and have a backup plan in place. Reach out to your other hosts to see if anyone can step in or if they have friends who would be willing to host. You can also consider offering a virtual option for the show to accommodate last-minute changes. Communicate transparently with your guests about the situation and reassure them that the show will still go on, maintaining enthusiasm and engagement.
