Easy Recipe for Booth ( Not Messy)

In summary, to make a non-messy booth recipe, use pre-packaged or pre-cut ingredients, disposable utensils and plates, and consider no-bake desserts, dips, or finger foods. Avoid sticky, greasy, or spill-prone ingredients and involve kids in the cooking process with supervision. When transporting, pack carefully in airtight containers or zip-top bags, use ice packs or coolers, and avoid dishes with liquid or sauce.

any suggestions?

I will have a booth at a local event with lots of women..they'll have the opportunity to walk by my booth before their lunch ( as well as after)..

And i'm wanting something that i won't have to worry about heat/cold..but more room temperature....since i have to be there 1 hour to set up before they even walk by..

Are you going to have a food vending license? If not, I would bring a bag of potatoes, Ultimate Mandoline, Forged Knives, cutting boards, microfiber towel and squirt bottle with water (to clean up and polish) and let people try out the tools on the potatoes. Most people won't eat the raw potatoes so you don't have to worry about the license. Also, bring the QSP with water and glitter so people can play with that.

I would not bring food to serve. You will be WAAAAYYYYY liable for that if someone gets sick.

Just bring foods you can demo the tools with--raw veggies, a lemon or lime. That kind of thing.
