Ok...so I went to a PC show a couple of years ago and they made a canoli thing...only it used cinnamon sugar tortillas and was a dip. Anyone know what I'm talking about?????

I think what you are talking about is the chocolate chip cannoli and the cinnamon tortilla chips. I have the recipe and I will post it late today.
