People can hang up on phonevite, I've heard that phonevite doesn't leave messages, nobody listens long enough to hear the options to reply to whether they're coming.

The host can call and talk to each guest for 20 minutes and not get much done because she KNOWS these people. You can call and talk to 10 guests in a 20 minute span. It's more efficient and it makes no difference as to their response.
Yes, personal reminder calls can significantly increase attendance at Pampered Chef events. By reaching out personally, you create a connection and remind guests of the value and excitement of the event, which can encourage them to attend.
The best time to make personal reminder calls is usually a day or two before the event. This allows guests to adjust their schedules if needed and reinforces their commitment to attending.
When making personal reminder calls, be friendly and enthusiastic. Start by expressing your excitement about the event, then confirm their attendance and offer any additional details they might need, such as location, time, and what to bring.
If a guest indicates they can't attend, thank them for their honesty and ask if they would like to reschedule for a future event or if they would like to receive information about future Pampered Chef opportunities. Keeping the door open for future interactions is key.
While personal reminder calls can be very effective, some guests may find them intrusive or prefer not to receive phone calls. It’s important to gauge your audience and consider sending text messages or emails as alternatives for those who may not appreciate phone calls.
