I have never been but would love to go on a cruise.

Post here if you've been on one. Where did you go? What was it like? How long did it last?

I'd love to go on an Alaskan or Disney cruise someday.

I have been on one cruise...and we already have one booked....

my First one we flew to Miami and went to St Thomas...St Maarten...and Nassau Bahama...LOVED IT LOVED IT LOVED IT....we went on Carnival...my Aunt has been on 30 cruises....over 20 of them have been with Carnival...so obviously we listen to her when she says which is the best cruise line...but other people like other ones for different reasons...

When we go on our second one in September we are going to Tortola...San Juan and St Thomas.....but this one we are going out of New York City...we can drive there...I want to go out of NYC because I want to cruise past the Statue of Liberty...I don't know why but I think that that would be cool...

Obviously I booked this before I decided to start saving all of my money so that I can go back to school....LOL...that is ok though....My sister is graduating from College in May and wanted to go for Graduation...so we are going in September because of the cheaper rates...could have something to do with hurricane season...lol...

OK...so I would recommend a cruise to anyone....I LOVE THEM...and don't forget that if any of you are planning on going and you or your cruisemate have been in the military you get an amazing discount...and you don't have to be retired military or current...I served 4 years...and all I needed to do was Fax them my discharge papers...and me and my sister get a discount...yeah...that too...they give it to you and one other person...I think you might have to go right through carnival for that...but that is what we do to book...we have a guy that we deal with all of the time...

Sorry...I am sure that I am saying way more that you needed to know...but YES I WOULD RECOMMEND A CRUISE...

We just went on a Disney cruise in November and it was AWESOME!!! It was our family (mom, dad, 3 kids) and both grandmas. It was by far the best vacation we have ever taken. Our original plan was to do Disneyland and San Diego/Seaworld for ten days on our own, but when we started planning it was getting more and more expensive so we looked into the Disney cruise. I'm glad we did! It was a bit spendy, but worth it! Cost wise, it was great to know that the kids could go anywhere on the boat and do what ever they wanted, eat whatever they wanted and it wasn't going to be an additional cost! (o.k.-so we did have a bill at the end of the cruise for alcohol, souveniers and arcade cards, but it still wasn't as much as I budgeted for).

We weren't even done with the first cruise when my husband and I decided we definitely had to do it again!!

By the way, our route took us to St Maarten, St Thomas and Castaway Cay (Disney's private island).

Okay, so no cruises for me.

My DH and I were going to go with Heidi and the other family members in September . . . however, the thought of leaving my DS for that long was making me sick . . . really it was.

So for now we will stay home . . . no more than 2 days with DS.

I hope he picks a college that is close to us (he is only 12)

2 Cruises when I was 17 and 18 and loved them!
Partied like a Rock star the entire week since drinking age is 18 over seas. :)
Cruise 1 = San Juan, St Thomas and St Marten
Cruise 2= Cozumel, Grand Caymen, Ocho Rios-Jamaica. Unfortunately, due to bad weather we could not port at Grand Caymen which was supposed to be the prettiest of them all! :(

Totally want to do another one this time with DH and maybe some freinds! Either a Hawaiian cruise or Disney would be fun for the kids!

I haven't been on a cruise and have never really ached to do one. I am sure if I earned one I would go and then would probably enjoy it and want to do it again. But right now, I can't say yes or no about them.

I've been on two cruises as well. One when I was 20 with my family at Christmas time - had a blast! Partied and gambled - and loved the islands - left from San Juan, St. Thomas, St. Maarten, Martinique, and Barbados, and Antigua - had a great time. Took my second one when I was 24 for my honeymoon - left out of Ft. Lauderdale - went to Grand Cayman, Cancun, Cozumel, Playa del Carmen - had a great time again - both were Norweigan Cruises Lines and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Hoping to go again this year with my girlfriends - we are all turning 40 this year and want to party together!

Submit your survey! ~Hi All. The count is at 2009 and needs to be at 2500 for them to do the drawing for the laptop. If you haven't submitted your survey, NOW IS THE TIME!!!

Oh wow that's cool that it got so high! I am kinda surprised. I already did mine and reminded those I know to do it too. I hope we make it!!!

We are going on our first one in April. It is on carnival out of Mobile, so we can drive there and not have to pay for plane tickets. It is me, my husband, my 3 1/2 year old DS and my mother in law. Can't wait. We to got the military discount-on all 4 of us.
