I designed this flyer to promote fundraisers. I thought I would see if it passes the CS critique/inspection station. LOL

Looks good:) I might use some of it. I haven't done the raffle thing but would like to try it. Thanks Valky

Great idea. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for sharing! Looks great!

I like this format. There are some things you may want to consider.

On the profit breakdown, you may want to consider taking out the $20 order average. I find that even on my catalog sales my orders average over $40, especially if there is a free product at $60. I don't know if the $20/$30 range is your experience in your area, but if not, then I would shoot higher to show the larger potential.

With the 50/50 drawing I guess, I'm not seeing why they would not just do it as a cash prize. What is the incentive to do a Pampered Chef fundraiser vs. giving people the option of spending their 50% any way they want to. I'm assuming you would turn it into a show and then they would get hostess benefits but didn't see that indicated.

My thoughts are along the same lines with the gift basket. Are you offering them a discount on their purchase of the gift basket? You say that the basket must be $150 minimum but if they are not getting a break on the price why not just purchase what they want?

I love the idea of three options for fundraising, just trying to make it the most attractive it can be by letting them know what benefits they are getting.

I really like the layout of the profits, for some reason I've always put the number of participants etc on the left and their expected profit on the right. This way really highlights the number you want them to see....the profit. I generally give an additional percent for fundraisers as well but this looks so good as it is!

Thanks so much for sharing!! I am not very adept at word but I can adapt a file. I'm thankful we have such a great resource with chefsuccess!

It is a flyer layout to "pique interest". The details will be explained when they inquire. The 50/50 drawing is to yes submit as a show, so the winner(s) WILL be able to choose the products that they want. The last one can be made into 1 big basket or several smaller baskets. Yes, I would give them a small discount but not a lot as they could sell as many tickets as they wanted for whatever price they want. The draw here is the great PC name, quality, etc. Wouldn't you pay a couple of bucks for a chance to win a PC basket full of Stoneware or other things.

Valky,

It sounds like you feel I was criticizing your flyer. That was not my intention at all. I was just giving some things to consider and asking questions in case I utilized this idea. I'm a details person so maybe trying to make the flyer too comprehensive vs. something to pique interest. I think you did a great job on this flyer.

I'm sorry if you felt I was being too critical.

I thought your flyer was great, I saved it to pass around next time I send out flyers for fundraisers.

Oh My, I am not nor was I ever offended. If I didn't want feed back I would never have posted the flyer. I was merely addressing the questions that you raised. I never took it as you being critical. Thanks though.

I love that flyer! I have been offering the 50/50 version too, but I never had a flyer with it... That is great work!

Valky--you did an awesome job with the flyer! Thanks for sharing!
