White Pizza
1 package of Pilsbury pizza dough
1/4 cup of olive oil
2 cloves garlic
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
2 firm Roma tomatoes
2 tsp. The Pampered Chef Pantry Italian Seasoining Mix

Preheat oven to 400. Using your Baker's Roller roll out the dough on the large Pizza stone. Place block of mozzarella cheese in the freezer. In the Batter Bowl combine olive oil, Italian seasonings, and Parmesan chesse, whisk together with your Stainless Whisk, press two cloves of garlic in Garlic Press into mixture, spread over dough using Classic Scraper. Using the Deluxe Cheese Grater, grate the chilled mozzarella over the pizza. With your Ultimate Slice & Grate using the v-shaped blade, slice the tomatoes, and distribute evenly over the pizza. Cook in 400 degree oven for 18-20 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes, and then slice with the Pizza Cutter, and serve using the Mini-Serving Spatula, enjoy!

Frequently Asked Questions

What ingredients do I need for a delicious homemade white pizza with fresh tomatoes?

To make a delicious homemade white pizza with fresh tomatoes, you will need the following ingredients: pizza dough, olive oil, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, fresh tomatoes, garlic, fresh basil, salt, and pepper. Optional ingredients include grated Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes for added flavor.

How do I prepare the pizza dough for white pizza?

To prepare the pizza dough, you can either make it from scratch or use store-bought dough. If making from scratch, combine flour, yeast, water, salt, and olive oil, then knead until smooth. Allow it to rise for about an hour. If using store-bought dough, simply follow the package instructions for preparation and stretching.

What is the best way to layer the toppings on the white pizza?

Start by spreading a thin layer of olive oil on the pizza dough. Next, dollop ricotta cheese evenly across the surface. Then, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the ricotta. Add sliced fresh tomatoes, minced garlic, and season with salt and pepper. Finally, top with fresh basil leaves before baking.

What temperature should I bake the white pizza at?

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) for the best results. This high temperature helps achieve a crispy crust while ensuring the cheese melts perfectly. If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while preheating for an even better crust.

How long should I bake the white pizza?

Bake the white pizza for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned. Keep an eye on it towards the end of the baking time to prevent overcooking.
