Yes, it is. It's in the boilerplate on the back of the agreement (it's on CC if you don't have your copy any more), and it's also addressed in the online advertising policies in the policies and procedures.

its horribley written. wayyyy too much information in such boring font, boring colors. all caps. crazy line spacing. id pay money to bet she doesnt get reponses off of it. if you are gonna break the rules - do it with style ;)
