I have a gentleman that is interested in the opportunity and has some objections with the mostly female cliental and consultants. I have advised him of the successful men in the company and I have a man In my cluster also, I am giving him my Pampered Chef book to borrow and have highlighted the sections on men in the company and have also invited him to my cluster meeting next week. Any other Idea's on how to ease his fear and be successful at this.
Thanks in Advance ;)

Alison:

It sounds like you are on the right track with him. Ask him questions as you would with any other potential consultant, to see if you can find out what the "real" objections are, then show him how he might be able to work with them and have a successful business.

Good luck and let us know how it goes!
